In light of recent events there is a growing demand to find ways to reduce the need for face-to-face meetings; that’s why we’ve expanded our Hybrid eClose capability to more of our loan programs than ever before.
Now if your borrower’s program qualifies, they will be automatically offered the option of a Hybrid eClose, where they can review and eSign most closing documents ahead of time, online. Of course, traditional wet signature closings are still an option.
And since we’ve been offering Hybrid eClose for a while, you can be confident of a smooth transaction start to finish.
